Eye-head co-ordination exercises: These exercises are designed to enhance the focus and reduce the symptoms of vertigo and dizziness.

Balance and Gait Exercises: This therapy involves challenging the vestibular balance system. It is specially designed to enhance the balance, strengthen your body and gain confidence while walking.

Repositioning Techniques: The technique is specifically treating the inner ear (vestibular) condition. The technique should be performed under the guidance of an expert physiotherapist.
